Here’s a great app for any get together! We promise that this will be a hit 🙂


-Polenta (in a roll)

-Olive oil

-Fresh tomato, sliced

-Buffalo mozzarella



-Salt & pepper


Cut the roll of polenta into small circles, about 1/4 inch (or less) thick. Pan-fry the circles in a little oil so they are golden brown.  Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Thinly slice the mozzarella and layer on top of the warm polenta.  Sprinkle with a little olive oil.

Thinly slice a tomato into small circular pieces and layer them on top of the mozzarella. Add a drop of pesto on each tomato.

Finally, cover with a piece of prosciutto.  You can use a little more prosciutto than what’s on the photo below:
