- 5 portobello mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh or dried oregano
- Crushed red pepper to taste
In a large zip-lock bag, pour in all the ingredients and shake well. Let marinate for about a half an hour to an hour.
Grill on high heat for about 2-3 minutes a side.
