Let’s face it… appetizers can be tricky.  You want your guests to be satisfied, but you don’t want them  to be too filling before dinner.  I always try to go for things that aren’t too big – something easy to just pop in your mouth.  These delicious popables will make your mouth water!


  • Half dozen figs, washed & dried
  • 2-3 thin slices of proscuitto


Slice the figs in half and put a small piece of proscuitto on top of each slice.  Yep… that’s it 🙂  Enjoy!
